What is a “Bridal Trial”?
Your bridal trial is a special preview of your big-day glam — a chance for us to collaborate, play with different looks, lash styles, and find the perfect style that makes you feel confident, beautiful, and you.
We’ll go over inspiration photos, your dress, wedding theme, and any must-haves or no-gos. From there, we’ll create a full makeup look so you can see exactly how everything will come together. It’s also the perfect time to fine-tune details, test how products wear on your skin, and make sure you feel completely comfortable and photo-ready.
Trials are relaxed, fun, and all about you — think of it as your beauty rehearsal before the main event!
This is a frequently asked question? How far in advance should I book my bridal makeup for my wedding?
You’re ready to book as soon as you’ve set your wedding date. Popular weekends and peak wedding seasons fill up quickly, and early booking gives us plenty of time for a trial, planning your look and making your experience as flawless and stress free as possible.
Can you travel to my wedding venue?
Yes! I’ll go literally anywhere in the world to make your bridal glam dreams come true. From your backyard to a destination wedding in Bali, I’ve got you covered. Additional travel fees are added to your official bridal contract.
How many people can you accommodate on my wedding day?
I can do full makeup application for up to 9 wedding party members, as long as time allows.
Are the products long lasting + sweat proof?
Yes! Professional products and techniques are used to ensure that your makeup will last all day and all night!
Can other party members book a trial session?
Absolutely! Yes! Your bridal party can definitely have their own trial sessions so everyone feels confident and camera-ready on the big day.
Bridal Policies & Info
Please carefully read all policies and fees listed below (listed under inquiry form) before inquiring. With the deposit payment and contract signature, both parties are in agreement to all stated policies and fees on this page and contact.
In order to secure your date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit. 50% is due a month before your wedding date. You also have the option of paying in full at the time of contract signing. Payments that you have made to secure your date are non-refundable.
Payments can be made through cash, card, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay & Zelle. Brides or booking parties are responsible for all payments to Amy Naiomi for all services to be provided for the wedding day and for the wedding party. Wedding party members can pay the bride, or booking parties, if all are paying separately.
Want me by your side throughout photos and the ceremony?
Once all services are complete, I will perform any touch ups needed before leaving the venue. If you wish to have me stay past completed services, for additional touch ups, a $25 fee will incur for each additional hour past all makeup services through ceremony.
TRAVEL
I am more than happy to travel to any venue, anywhere in the world! There is a $25/hr travel fee for any locations outside of a 15 mile radius of Galesburg, Illinois. On site services that require out of state or flight travel are available to book, these fees will be determined in your bridal contract. Any travel requests can be added to the special request portion of your inquiry form.
